The Don Quijote Dotonbori Store Ferris wheel is an oblong-shaped Ferris wheel with a maximum height of 77.4 meters above the ground, a total width of 32 meters, and bench seats overlooking the Dotonbori River. These features make this Ferris wheel a completely different experience from any other Ferris wheel in the world!
The boarding area is on the third floor of the Don Quijote Dotonbori Store. The carriages, which have a maximum capacity of four people, turn 180 degrees horizontally to face outward when the safety bar comes down.
We also highly recommend riding the Ferris wheel at night! The night time scenery really stands out with all of the twinkling lights coming from the windows of the buildings, and the colors from the led signboards. You can even see Tsutenkaku Tower - one of the symbols of Osaka, glittering in the distance.
